We take the utmost care care to make sure your order is packed and presented immaculately. As everything we sell passes through our hands, we can dedicate ourselves to ensuring your chosen items arrive safely and in time. The majority of our products are kept in stock and are available for dispatch within two weeks. Pieces that require upholstering are available for dispatch within between four to six weeks.
We currently deliver to the mainland UK and offer two types of service: standard delivery and large delivery. Standard delivery is used for smaller items, such as chairs and benches. Large delivery is used for larger items - such as sofas and dining tables - and for larger orders of smaller items. Some items may require a two-man delivery service; this is part of the large delivery service if required. The correct type of delivery will be chosen automatically and the cost calculated at checkout.
Once you have placed your order, we will stay in touch to keep you updated on the progress and arrange a delivery time and solution that suits you. We will also collect any extra information that we need for the delivery. All orders are delivered by one of our carefully selected delivery partners, with whom we will share your details (name, address, phone number) so they can fulfil your order.
We offer two delivery services, and the type of delivery appropriate for the items you order will be calculated at checkout. The cost of each is as follows:
Standard Delivery: £45 / Large Delivery: £85
Estate Studio products are designed for life. We will repair, replace or refund any purchase that does not meet this standard. If you are not satisfied with your product, return it to us in new condition and we will happily accept a return and process a refund or shop credit.
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund once the product has been returned to us. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we will be unable to off you a refund or exchange.
Condition of return: If you wish to return an item that is not faulty or damaged, it must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. Becasue of this, we strongly suggest that you feel completely happy with your purchases before disposing of any packaging.
Damaged or faulty goods: Every product we sell passes through our hands and is quality checked for dispatch. As a result, damaged goods a rare. It is essential that you inspect your product when it arrives so you can let us know if anything is wrong as soon as possible. If any products are damaged or faulty (subject to conditions below), we will replace them at the earliest opportunity.
Natural variations: Each piece we make is created with care using a furniture-grade timber. This wood may vary in a number of ways, such as grain, knots and colour. We cannot accept returns as damaged or faulty on the basis of such natural variations. All the wood we use has been dried for fine furniture manufactuer, but changes in natural humidity levels might still cause slight warpage or shrinkage. Such variations are to be expected, and the furniture has been designed to withstand this. We cannot therefore accept returns as damaged or faulty on the basis of such changes in the wood.
Return delivery: If you wish to return (rather than replace) a damaged or faulty item, we will arrange and cover the costs of return delivery. However, if you wish to return a product for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own delivery costs; however, we can arrange delivery and deduct the cost from your refund if you prefer. If you choose to arrange return delivery yourself, we strongly advise using a service that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we can only process your refund once the product has been returned to us.
If you wish to exchange an item you have ordered, we are happy to do this. However, you will be responsible for ensuring that the original item is returned to us. You will also be required to cover the cost of delivering the replacement product.
